Jamie Zubairi Playwright
Jamie, to date has written 1 play, ‘Skylarking’ and and currently performing ‘Unbroken Line’ with director Kath Burlinson and the Authentic Artist Collective. At the moment he’s developing various scenes for comedies and stand-up sketches with stand-up artist Sonia Chivers, comedy writer Anthony Jackson and Andrew O’Brien.
UNBROKEN LINE is about a Malay man’s journey into his own history, after living in London for so many years, returning to discover himself and premiered at Ovalhouse 4th December 2012. It is a co-production between himself and Ovalhouse and supported with public funds through the National Lottery via the Arts Council of England.
